ORDERING INFORMATION:

• Poms ship either pre-fluffed or unfluffed. Unfluffed pom poms can save in production time and expedited shipping costs. Fluffing instructions are included with every order. Please specify if you would like pre-fluffed poms.
  
• Ask about our STOCK POM POMS. Poms ship within 24 hours (business days) of payment
  
• Minimum purchase: 
  FOR POMS: 6 indentical pom poms OR 3 styles with 2 identical pom poms in each style. (Ex. 2 white, 2 gold, and 2 blue = 6 poms)
  FOR MEGAPHONES AND BAGS: Minimum order of 3 bags or megaphones. A service fee of $10 will be added in our office when ordering less than 3 megaphones or 3 bags.
  
• Because there is a 6 pom minimum on any pom order, it's a good idea to get at least 1 extra pair of poms in case of loss.
• Overseas orders must equal $100 worth of product not including shipping costs.
  
• Our custom pom pons are made to your specifications. We do not accept returns except in the case of manufacturing error or defect.
  
• Call for a sample swatch booklet if you are unsure of colors.
  * You must be 18 or older and be affiliated with a cheer leading organization to receive a sample swatch booklet.
