Ordering & Payment
You may order online or by phone. We love to talk with our customers.
Payment methods include: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, VISA, PayPal, school checks, money orders, cashier checks, and School Purchase Orders. A copy of your School PO (with an authorized signature) must be received by fax, email, or mail before your order is processed.
Production Time
To ensure you receive your order on time, please order early and submit your deadline in the box provided. It is best to order by June 1 when needing product for the upcoming football season. Depending on the time of year, production time for stock & custom poms ranges between 1-6 weeks plus ship time. Please note: the 2" wide poms and wet look poms no longer shipped fluffed to expedite production time. We will do our best to accommodate your deadlines. If we cannot meet your deadline, we will notify you with options.
Fed Ex
We ship using Fed Ex Ground the most expedient way to ship ground packages. Because we use a carrier, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. No signature is required for our Fed Ex deliveries. If your home is not in a secure location, we suggest shipping to your business. We do not take responsibility for stolen packages. You will receive a Fed Ex tracking email once your order ships, so you can follow your order along the way. Email us at info@getpoms.com for air shipping quotes. Air shipping is not recommended for megaphones. Because of their size, the 2" wide poms require additional boxes and are more expensive to ship. For accurate shipping costs for 2" poms, please request a quote before ordering. Otherwise, you will be notified if there is a shipping discrepancy.
Outside USA Orders
Currently, we do not ship orders outside of North America. We ship to US (lower 48) and Canadian addresses only. Additionally, customers are responsible for all custom and duty fees. Canadian shipping addresses may require shipping charges above those quoted by the shopping cart. If so, you will be notified for approval. Orders shipping to Canada require a product minimum of $750.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is required for non-tax-exempt Texas residents.
Pom Details
Our poms are made in the USA, which means superior quality. They are the only poms on the market made from safety-tested materials. They are fade-proof, waterproof, and shed-proof. To save on shipping expenses, our poms ship partially fluffed and require a few minutes of separating any remaining strands which are not fluffed out. In case of a manufacturing defect, items must be returned within 30 days to receive replacements.
Return Policy
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your merchandise. However, because custom orders are made just for you, they are not returnable or refundable. Additionally, all sales on our discounted "sale poms" are final. If you are not satisfied with your stock poms, you may return them within 15 days for a refund provided the poms have not been used. After inspection, we will credit your account minus a 30% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Megaphones may not be returned.
