Production Time
Ordering for football season? Try to order by June 15 — especially for custom poms— to beat the back-to-school rush. Production times vary based on the season:
- Stock poms: Ship in 24–48 business hours
- Custom poms: Typically 1–4 weeks plus ship time from Texas
- Need it faster? Let us know your deadline at checkout — we’ll do our best. And if we can’t make it in time, we’ll reach out with options.
FedEx
We ship via FedEx Ground for speed and tracking.
- No PO Boxes — physical addresses only
- No signature required (ship to a secure location or business if needed)
- You’ll get a FedEx tracking email as soon as your order ships
- Email us for air shipping quotes (not recommended for megaphones)
For Megaphones: these ship in large boxes and may incur extra fees. Request a quote ahead of time for an accurate shipping fee.
Outside USA Orders
We currently ship to the continental U.S. and Canada only.
Canadian customers:
- Minimum order: $750
- You are responsible for all customs/duty fees
- Some orders may require extra shipping costs — we’ll reach out for approval first
Sales Tax
Texas customers: we collect sales tax unless you’re tax-exempt.
Pom Details
All our poms are:
- Made and sourced in the USA
- Safety-tested, fade-proof, waterproof, shed-proof
- Shipped partially fluffed (you may need to finish separating strands)
Found a defect? Let us know within 30 days — we’ll replace it.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction matters — but some items are final sale:
- Custom poms: Made just for you = non-returnable, non-refundable
- Sale poms: Final sale
- Stock poms: Return within 15 days (unused only) — 30% restocking fee applies
- Megaphones: Not returnable
